Apparantly, the artist connecting seats to DOT sign posts are pissing off bikers more than the mean ol lawyers I thought would go bats--t. The seats are interfering with cyclists' ability to lock their bikes. Oops.

Today I walked past these little rock towers built from sidewalk cement in McCarren Park. I'm curious if this was done by a child just piling rocks or more real estate related street art?
